Winners will be the actual recipient of our 100,000th short-term loan and the following 50 loan recipients thereafter.
If your initial loan application is declined, you should not make multiple applications as our automated decision system will automatically reject multiple applications. Applicants/winners can only have one Wonga loan at any one time.
If you win, any applications you make in the 12 month interest-free period will be subject to our usual credit checks and approval. We reserve the right to decline applications during this period, the end date of which will be communicated to you.
Any interest-free loans will still be subject to Wonga’s usual loan terms and conditions and we take this opportunity to remind you that you must repay any loan in full and on the date upon which you promise to repay it. If, for any reason, you do not repay a loan on the date promised you will not be able to take out a new loan. Therefore your own actions may limit the benefit to you of the prize offered. If your loan is not repaid in full when promised the normal interest and default charges set out in the loan terms & conditions will apply.
If we do not approve our 100,000th loan in the period stated (by midnight on 30 June 2009), we will enter the details of all successful loan applications made into a draw, and the winner of that draw will be entitled to claim the prize, together with the subsequent 50 applicants whose loan applications were approved.
