You will be entered into the Wonga Christmas prize draw when you make your first referral to someone whom you have not previously sent one of our referral emails. To be automatically entered, you must use the Wonga online referral page** and any referred friends must click on the link within the email(s) we send on your behalf, so we can link you and your friend(s) together.
Every time a referral you make results in a loan application from a friend, between 1 December and 23 December 2009, your name will be entered into the prize draw again. Please only refer Wonga to friends and family members whom you think might be genuinely interested in our service – that way you may get more than one chance to be picked in our draw.
Applicants/winners and referred friends can only have one Wonga loan at any one time.
The lucky winners will be selected randomly, on 24 December 2009, from the all entries received before midnight on 23 December 2009.
The first name selected will receive £1,000 on 24 December 2009. The following nine names selected will receive £100 each on the same date. All loans applied for by referred friends and approved will upon use of the special promotion code by your friend(s), be transmission fee free.
If you are one of the lucky winners, any successful loan applications made by your referred friend(s) before midnight on 23 December 2009, will be interest and transmission fee free as an added bonus. Promo code provided will still be valid after that date.
Please remember that in all cases where a loan is taken out, all monies due under the loan must be paid on the due date. We reserve the right to re-apply discounts to loans not repaid when due.
If you are a winner, we will inform you and your friends on 24 December 2009. If you are a winner and the amount due under your friend(s) loan(s) became due before then, we will refund the interest and transmission fee already paid by them. If you are a winner and your friend(s) loan(s) is due to be paid after then, we will inform them and we will cancel the applicable interest and transmission fee.
All loans will still be subject to Wonga’s usual loan terms and conditions. If, for any reason, your friend(s) does not repay a loan on the date promised, all usual interest and charges will be applied to their loan together with any default charges set out in the loan terms & conditions. All applications will be subject to our usual credit checks and approval.
The winners agree to allow us to display their first name and the name of their town on our web-site to inform other customers of the winners.
