Wonga is a winner at UK Customer Experience Awards
Wednesday, September 29th, 2010Here at Wonga, we dedicate a lot of time and effort to improving the customer experience on our site. From small copy changes to major updates in functionality, we’re constantly tweaking in order to make it as user-friendly and intuitive as possible.
Our hard work received some recognition on Monday at the UK Customer Experience Awards where we picked up a new trophy for the mantle. Wonga got the nod for Customer Experience of the Year for Financial Services including Contact Centres.
